Real estate projects and transactions require thorough legal preparation and support. We provide ongoing consultation and advice for businesses and private investors in connection with real estate projects and transactions of all kinds and sizes by drafting real estate purchase and sale agreements as well as any additional related contracts (general contractor agreements, property development contracts and any other construction contracts).

As trustees we are in charge of the processing of these contracts including all formalities involved (KYC). We also support our clients in obtaining all approvals and authorisations required under public law (building permit, operation permit, environmental impact assessment).

We advise lessors and lessees in tenancy matters by supporting them in setting-up lease agreements and in case of arising disputes.
