We look back on many years of experience regarding the formation and reorganisation of corporations as well as national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital transactions of all kind. We also conduct legal due diligences and merger notifications (in cooperation with partner law firms, we successfully handle projects of any transaction volume).

We accompany businesses continuously in all segments of corporate housekeeping, for example in preparing and executing shareholder meetings, management board meetings and supervisory board meetings, and we also take over mandates in supervisory boards and private foundation boards.
